What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and help them with machines, payments, and laundry questions
- Work your magic on Wash-Dry-Fold orders (sorting, washing, drying, folding, packaging — the whole vibe!)
- Keep the laundromat clean, tidy, and smelling fresh
- Wipe down machines, sweep/mop, take out trash, restock supplies
- Monitor washers & dryers and report any machine issues
- Handle customer concerns with a positive, “we got you!” attitude
- Light cash-handling or POS work depending on the shift
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, dependable, and not afraid to hustle
- Can work independently and stay busy without being micromanaged
- Able to lift 20–30 lbs and be on your feet
- Customer service experience is a bonus — but we’ll train the right person!
